Online Bill Pay

Paying your bills just got easier with Federal Family FCU’s Online Bill Pay! With Online Bill Pay there are no more checks to write and no more stamps to lick because all of your payments are made automatically. With Bill Pay you can:

  • Pay single bills for one-time purchases
  • Pay recurring bills like utilities, mortgage and credit cards
  • Schedule when you want payments made
  • Review payment history

And with Federal Family Federal Credit Union’s online Bill Pay, you can even receive an e-mail notification when payments are made.

Home Teller

We’ve recently changed the look of Home-Teller, but the convenience and features are all the same!

Managing your credit union accounts cannot always be done during business hours. At Federal Family FCU, we understand that. That’s why we’ve developed Home Teller, our online account access system.

Home Teller allows members to access their accounts anytime, day or night, from virtually any PC that has an Internet connection.

Some of the features of Home Teller include:

  • Check Account Balances
  • Transfer Funds
  • Make Loan Payments
  • Apply for a Loan

Signup is easy too. Simply down load the  Home Teller Enrollment Form, fill it out and mail or fax it to us at:

After we have received your request and verified the information, we will send your User ID and Password to access the Home Teller system by mail to the address listed with the account.


Mobile Teller

Now you can access your Federal Family FCU account while on the go using your iPhone, Android, or other Smartphone. Just like Home Teller for your desktop, Mobile Teller is loaded with convenient features that make managing your money easier than ever. Some of the features of Mobile Teller include:

  • Check Account Balances
  • Review Account History
  • Make Loan Payments
  • Transfer Funds

To setup Mobile Teller for your mobile device, simply log in to Home Teller from your desktop and retrieve your activation code from User Profiles > Mobile Activation Code. After retrieving your code, log in to the mobile site at www.federalfamilyfcu.com/mobile at using your mobile device, select Activation Code > Enter Code and follow the steps to set up your mobile device.

Note: Activation codes are only valid for 10 minutes.
